We currently have an opening for a cook to join our team working the hot station. This job requires working 4-5 shifts per week with a mix of evenings and days, including brunch. You will be responsible for cooking all hot food, but may be required to help with the cold station, or anything else that is required. Brunch experience is a must.

You should have/be:
-Journeyman / red seal or equivalent cooking experience
-Experience cooking brunch
-Food Safe
-Clean work habits
-Presentable and comfortable around guests, as you may interact with customers
-Able to lift 25 Kg
-Comfortable with cold environments such as walk in cooler and freezer
-Team mentality / attitude
-Able to follow instructions
-Any cheese experience is a plus
